Our Organization

We opened in 2002 and work as part of the National Family Resource Centre programme consisting of 121 independent, limited companies offering community-based Family Support in targeted communities.

Working with the community we take our responsibilities very seriously. All our staff, Board Members and volunteers are Garda Vetted. We have a Child Protection Policy and Child Safeguarding Statement in place.

What do we do?

  • The Early Years Service including Preschool and Activity Club.
  • The provision of a Family Support and Counselling service.
  • The Community Health and Referral Project (Linkwork service).
  • The Maria O’Connell Play and Art Therapy Hub.
  • Parent and Toddler groups and Summer Camps.
  • Support groups, education and training opportunities.
  • We also provide regular information talks/events and social meetings.
